Nick has some pretty cool exercise demos here showing how to use the core bar for reciprocal movement training (RMT). I'm a big fan of unilateral training and asymmetrical loading to get reflexive core activation, and I see the core bar as a unique tool to get that same type of benefit so I'll definitely be trying it out.
