Athletic participation is booming amongst kids and adults but injuries are increasing as well. As rehab professionals it has been our job to return these athletes to their prior level of function but I do not believe it should end there. We have the knowledge and ability to create athletes who move better, are stronger, and more resistant to injury than they had ever been before.
