Webinar with Charlie Weingroff - Core Pendulum Theory

I do apologize about the short notice so if you do have questions and missed the live event, please post them in the forum. He's on there a couple times a week typically so he'll get to them.

Just so you know, Charlie is also releasing his first DVD project, "Training = Rehab, Rehab = Training" after the webinar at a special introductory price for members of Sports Rehab Expert, SC Webinars.com, and Strength Coach.com. I'm pretty sure it's $149 through Monday then it goes up to $199.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the 6 DVD set right now (approx. 12 hours!), and it is every bit as good as I thought it would be. Charlie approaches sports performance and rehab from a variety of backgrounds including Sahrmann, FMS/SFMA, Janda, Prague School, and West Side Barbell. If you want a crash course in how to put everything together no matter what side of the training/rehab continuum your are on, then this is definitely for you.

Now most of you know that Charlie and I are friends, and I do need to disclose that for those of you who don't know or are new to the site. So, yes, I am promoting his DVD but with good cause. Charlie is one of the smartest guys I know and he lives this stuff! He doesn't just digest the research and spit out his own theories. He tests this stuff on himself, his patients, and athletes. He's also taught me a lot over the past few years so I'm indebted to him for that.

Finally, what I really appreciate about Charlie is his passion for what he does and his desire to get the message out to others. The guy is tireless and it shows. It's all on display here.
