Joe,
In your corrective exercise articles for the SFMA, you distinguish between:
1. Manual therapy
2. Integration into patterns
3. and Functional movement patterns

Would this shoulder exercise fall into category #3? If so, would an exercise such as the pillow press precede this functional progression?

Thanks

Peter
