Dr. Evan Osar DC, CSCS, NASM, ACE
Whenever, I present this topic to a group, I first ask them to raise their right hand and swear to keep and open mind, especially to the groups who know nothing about me and the information I teach. Also, the information in this webinar is not going to tell you to stop stretching. Rather, we are going to discuss why WE and our clients get tight. Am I going to offer other options to stretching? Yes. Am I going to demonstrate how stretching can be bad for some clients, some times? Yes. So with that and an open-mind, let's get started.
