Audio Interview with Tim Vagen Part II

This part II of my interview with Tim Vagen. In this interview Tim relates the 'joint-by-joint' approach to swimmers, as well as new ideas on 'core' training and joint centration. He also covers his overhead shoulder stability progressions and how movement competency can influence capacity.

***Having some technical difficulty with the interview so I had to split it into two. This is Part II. The download link below below will actually take you to the full interview. ***

Be sure check out the link at the bottom of the page: "Shoulder Injury Prevention Through Overhead Movements". It's a great article from Tim showing his shoulder stability progressions.
