BIO
Michael Leonardi, CPT, Redcord Trainer, Chief Marketing Officer, is a passionate entrepreneur and certified personal trainer in the healthcare industry with over a decade of sales, marketing, and general management experience. Prior to co-founding Redcord USA, Michael founded the Bullo Group, a consulting firm dealing in Strategic Growth, General Management, and Capital Procurement, raising over 4.5 million dollars in seed capital for his clients. Michael began his career as a promotions/branding producer at World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., where he developed the leadership skills vital in today's corporate environment. Michael was instrumental in directing talent, writing scripts, editing video, and working closely with engineers to produce multi-million dollar image campaigns viewed by millions each week. From there, Michael turned to the entrepreneurial world, establishing DBL Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency that supplied Rehabilitation Therapists and Registered Nurses to various healthcare settings in the Tri-state area. In conjunction with Select Medical Corp., Mr. Leonardi also opened three Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology clinics. After selling his business in 2007, Michael strengthened his relationship with Redcord, when he joined the prior US distributorship and led the sales team in penetrating the US market. In 2010, Michael co-founded Redcord USA as the new exclusive distributor of Redcord equipment and educational courses in the United States.
