In this episode I'll show how to perform a soft tissue release for the pec major and minor using Graston Technique that is really easy on the patient and on your hands. Of course there are a number of other ways to do this but this is one of my personal favorites.

Typically I do start off with a bit of static work but I find I get much better results by adding movement to the release. Once I feel it's appropriate and tolerable for the patient then I'm going to go to a technique like this.

Again I realize not everyone on here is going to be using Graston Technique, but a couple years ago I wrote another article on manual pec minor releases along with follow up mobility/stability work. You can find that here: //www.sportsrehabexpert.com/members/679.cfm.
